Walkthrough Consultation

Next we will schedule a walkthrough of the property. During this visit we will tour the home, take pictures and measurements, evaluate the layout and architecture, identify key spaces to highlight and begin the overall design plan and style. Seeing the home in person allows us to create the most effective staging plan tailored specifically to your property and targeted buyer.
Custom Proposal

After the walkthrough we will prepare a detailed staging proposal for your project that includes the staging design plan, delivery and installation, de-staging and removal, along with all associated fees. Once the agreement is signed, we collect a deposit and schedule your installation day.

This is where the magic happens! Our team arrives to professionally install the staging design plan. This transformation ensures your home is ready to hit the market. We suggest the de-staging the property once the sale progresses through inspections and appraisal.
